Imported invoice description missing
Hello, I have imported an invoice created in Shiftcare (CRM software for the NDIS sector) but the description of the service sales is missing. Furthermore, when trying to preview the invoice, the preview is opening it in different formats that i have never seen before. The preview always opened the invoices with the "invoice" format but now has a list with "Incipre-2009 ", "Incipln-2009", "MPS-Exsipln-2009" etc as per the attached screenshots. Hi CloverQ, Thank you for your reply. I am not really proficient in using MYOB to the full extend as is not my job really. I will try to do some tricks probably next week, when i will have some time. It is more that certain though, that i will need your assistance, please. I'll let you know when the time is right. Hi CloverQ, I replied yesterday but i cannot see my post. Anyway, it is a service sale and not a physical item/object, so i have to use the service sale. Shiftcare directions also mention to choose service sales. Any suggestions please? Hello, I received the above error message and my files were skipped. I tried to import a new sale from a third party software (Shiftcare), chose service sale (as it is services relating to the NDIS), i matched the items correctly (to the best of my knowledge). I don't know what could be wrong. I have attached the error report log screenshot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.673Views0likes5Comments
