On MYOB the status remains 'processing payment'. Not sure how to rectify this? Update - this has now changed to Payment failed, and out latest super payment today 27/4 is stuck on processing payment. Having done some reading I'm wondering if this is related to the change to SuperChoice and authorising the new direct debit?
