This can be applied to clients and contacts. http://help.myob.com/wiki/x/1C6EAQ Regards, Syed Re: Lodgement Error CMN.ATO.GEN.DUPLICATE ENTRY Hi jct1 Generally, this would be due to duplicate lodgement. If ATO says they haven't received the return and it still gets rejected with the same error then we need to check few things. Regards Syed Client Service Representative Re: Tax reports permissions Hi sambennett Can you please check the security group task permissions which the user is in as per below: Maintenance>Maintenance Map>Security>Task Permissions>Select Tax from Product drop down>Select Group which employee is assigned to>Smart Reports and tick all smart reports from there. https://help.myob.com/wiki/x/dy_EAQ If still an issue, please contact support at 1300 555 117, Ext 3. Best to contact ATO for details as the return is rejected from ATO's end. Below is the link that talks about changing tax rates in the software, you can check the settings there to see any changes that might have happened: KB0021016 - Tax rates https://help.myob.com/wiki/x/RC_EAQ Regards, Syed Customer Support Representative Re: transmitting error Hi tania4 Sometimes the returns get lodged but the status does not change in the software. The first thing to do is to check on Tax Agent Portal if the return is lodged. If the return is lodged then the status of the return can be updated manually to lodged. If the return is not lodged, then the return can be relodged. Please check the below link for details: KB0018396 - Troubleshooting returns stuck in transmitting or transmitted https://help.myob.com/wiki/x/0QN3AQ Regards, Syed Customer Support Representative Re: Return rejected - PLS error - CMN.ATO.IITR.024015 Hi Eva-Wiehl This error code is because of the Part-Year return which can't be lodged. Please make sure the financial year dates in the return is from 01 July to 30 June. Click on Return Properties, then PAYG/Lodge tab, check the Accounting year, and change the dates to 01 July to 30 June. Regards, Syed Customer Support Representative Re: missing ugrade files Hi PaulSh I can confirm, 5.4.41 can be installed as you are already on the 2021.0 version. Regards, Syed Customer Support Representative Re: Tax Return Validate Error Hi JoeyZhao If you click on the Details button, it should tell you which area needs to be reviewed. In general, the most common occurrence is to do with PP averaging. If that is what the error mentions when you go into return properties, click on the Estimates tab, and then click on the PP Averaging button and tab through the fields. Once that has been done, the error should no longer appear.
