He has been getting error message 4077. I was told to reach out to MYOB help to get them to a run a fix. they have done this twice but it hasnt fixed the issue and it keeps coming up with multiple items with duplicated price levels, 0 qty break. Does anyone know any other way I can get this fix? I am running out of time as the price increase needs to be done by the first of June. When we go to open our MYOB Account Right application, we have a bunch of company files listed. What are these for? Do we need more than one? Could having more than one be slowing our system down. Apologies for my ignorance. Any help much appreciated. Urgent- Locked out of account Hello we have been locked out of our account.
