FSF0511AU - MYOB not accepting super fund - wont load
We have obtained stapled super funds for 2 of our employees they are both FSF0511AU. MYOB wont release them. I have even created a new Super fund and removed the old one. It still wont push through. HELP!! *The red cross states we need to enter a valid membership number which is what we have taken from the employees stapled fund with the ATO. So not sure why MYOB is not allowing it to go through.347Views0likes1CommentReturned Super reversed in Super but is now showing in Electronic payments, how do I get rid of it...we use a clearing house.
I loaded originally the $ 49147.02, but had returned $ 1404.86, which I reversed but cannot clear it from 'payments' I read the instructions and it said to process in liabilities. New amount to clear is $ 47,742.16 Then I have the same for the other 2 $ 50,711.68, which I reversed but need to clear $ 49,337.22 as it was paid and processed correctly first time around, but $ 1374.46 was returned. Lastly I have $ 51,845.10, which I reversed but need to clear $ 50,442.16 as it also was paid originally and had $ 1402.94 returned.320Views0likes1Comment
