I update invoice format at my computer. when I send it to disk, the format is correct. But another user use different computer, chose same format to send to disk. the format is not update one. This only happened to send to disk. if chose email to send out, the format is correct even use different computer. The two employees checked their junk and spam boxes, not there. Employee-self onboarding-Employee didn't receive the invitation email HI, MYOB team I sent first two employees onboarding invitation -all good. But there is no notification email to advise if employee already submit online forms. I have to keep checking employee card to see filled or not. Recent two days, I send out another two employees onboarding invitation in different day, the two employees told me they didn't receive the email after three days . I had screen copy- it showed " an onbaording invite has been sent to the employee." Then I re-sent. But they said still not received. There is no notification email saying employee received he email or not.
