Sales ageing buckets not pulling accurate $$ value
Hi We are having complicateions with our Customer sales statements... The ageing buckets are pulling the incorrect values... Fo example: A cutomer has outstanding invoices from: December January February and March As at todays date. When I run up their statement: There is no value repoted in the Pre January field - wrong Decembers values are reported in the January field- wrong There are no values reported in the February Field- wrong All February and March are repoted in the Current (Not Overdue) field...- wrong Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this anomaly?90Views0likes1Comment
