Sales ageing buckets not pulling accurate $$ value

Hi

 

We are having complicateions with our Customer sales statements...

 

The ageing buckets are pulling the incorrect values...

 

Fo example:

 

A cutomer has outstanding invoices from:

 

December

January

February and

March

 

As at todays date.

 

When I run up their statement:

 

There is no value repoted in the Pre January field - wrong

Decembers values are reported in the January field- wrong

There are no values reported in the February Field- wrong

All February and March are repoted in the Current (Not Overdue) field...- wrong

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this anomaly?

    Statements ageing is calculated based on the due date specified on the invoice, rather than the date when the invoice was created. Therefore, we recommend to check the due date for accurate information.

     

    If you could also provide a screenshot of the invoices, specifically highlighting the terms option for the relevant invoice, along with a comprehensive report showing the date range, it would greatly assist us in understanding your concern thoroughly. This will enable us to tailor the correct solution to address your needs accurately.
