It appears they have updated the install packages - comparing the origin details of yesterday's MSI file to todays: So the solution appears to be - try downloading a new installer file from MYOB and try again. This is the property details of the MSI files from yesterday and this morning: The content creation dates and revision GUIDs are different. Over an hour and a half on the phone and got told it must be a network or PC issue - which is rubbish! Unable to access MYOB Teams timesheets so can't complete them to be able to process a pay run!
