If not, if you go to Setup in the top ribbon, and from the dropdown box select Customise Forms. Select Invoices and a range of forms will be displayed. Choose you preferred Layout option, and this will allow you to add business logo/photo-image, and also to choose required font, bold/underlined, column headings, with or without GST pricing and more. This process can take time and once you work out how to navigate throught the form, it will become easier. Once you Save the completed invoice, you can then name it as you require and then choose this invoice as your preferred invoice template when printing and/or emailing invoices - or select the new saved invoice in the Customer card under the Selling Details tab. As mentioned, I do understand that addressing the time billing functionality in the browser interface may not be straight forward, though it is a bit of a disappointment that MYOB has chosen to neglect all those who use time billing layout for invoicing, and have instead decided to focus on improving the current workflows in the software and the user experience. I personally would appreciate if MYOB may direct some focus on the user experience of those using time billing layout for invoicing. I obviously do raise my time billing invoices from my desktop, though it would be great if we were able to raise invoices whilst not in our home office - as I work externally in another job and undertake our own business requirements at home. To be able to access and raise invoices for my customers whilst not in my home office, would allow me much more flexability as to I where am to transact using the browser interface. May you please take my concerns (and I am sure that I am not alone with this), to those within MYOB to possibly consider their customers who use the time billing layout for invoicing. We pay our subscriptions just like everyone else, so deserve to have access to all required functions using the desktop application and browser interface. I am sure that MYOB will not entertain the prospect of reducing my subscription fees, even though I do not have full use and functionality of the browser interface. Thank you for your understanding. Does MYOB not feel that this functionality is not needed by their customers? All users using the time billing format should have the ability to continue using this layout on both desktop and browser. We should not have to have our businesses disadvantaged by MYOB not supplying this functionality to their paying customers. I am sure that I am not the only person using time billing layout for my invoices, and it would be very helpful if we were able to invoice our customers from various locations and on different devices. I appreciate that these processes are not straightforward, though as a paying customer, I feel that MYOB should have the browser interface available for use for time billing layout invoicing. Superannuation calculations for different employees - salary and hourly rate Hi I have been using MYOB AccountRight for nearly 20 years, though I am now having issues with entering the superannuation calculations in the Employee card file for the calculation of their superannuation guarantee amounts. If I enter 10.5% of Base Hourly for my employees paid on a hourly basis, this then pulls through to my employee on salary. The same applies if I enter 10.5% of Base Salary for my salaried employee, this pulls through to my hourly paid employees. I have resorted to manually entering my employee on salary superannuation amounts, as it is easier to manually enter one, than multiple base hourly paid employees. I have not encountered this issue before, so I would greatly appreciate any advice/feedback from the Community. Kind regards LisaTerese SolvedSales - Time Billing Invoice Layout Accessibility Online Hi All I have been waiting for quite some time now for MYOB to allow transactional usage of the Time Billing invoice layout in Sales online. We are able to access as 'Read Only', though are unable to use this Sales format when trying to invoice online. With all the updates, modifications, add-ons that MYOB provide, this issue still has not been addressed and/or rectified. I am currently using MYOB AccountRight 2023.1.0 desktop, mainly due to not being able tio invoice my debtors using the online platform. Am I the only one encountering this issue - or the only person using Time Billing format for invoicing? We use time billing invoice layout, and I just do not understand how MYOB have not made this layout available online as yet? One would think that surely this would not be that difficult for MYOB to implement by now? If you have received a response and/or answer to when the time billing invoice layout will be able to be utilised online, I would be very grateful if you may be able to let me know what MYOB did or did not respond with please..
