I have set up this particular customer with the same Sale Layout and Printed Form in Customer's Selling Details tab as I have done with other Customers. The problem is when I try to print the invoice, the required customised form is not available in the selection/option. See screenshots attached. I do not have this issue with other customers. Can it be MYOB is not able to handle Customers who also happens to be a Supplier Unable to see/select customised form I have just set up a new Customer (who also happens to be a Supplier) and is unable to print invoice on customised form. No issue with printing on standard MYOB forms nor with printing/viewing customised form with other Customers. Have no issues printing customised forms with other supplies, only with the supplier who also happens to be a customer. How do I resolve the issue? Creating a superannuation download file for SCH online Hi, I am not using Pay Superannuation and would like to upload my company's contribution details for SCH Online, our superannuation clearing house. I don't want to be manually updating the contribution details for each employee into SCH online. Can someone guide me towards creating the upload file and mapping it to the SCH online system?
