Apparently someone is going to call me back in a week, hoping someone here can help Note: I'm not an accountant or bookkeeper, just a basic (and very frusrated) user who really struggles with Accountright Anyway, here is my issue. I have multiple annual purchases from one supplier (it's insurance if that matters) I have created a Purchase for say $1200 for business insurance, and bank payments are made at $100/month I have created a second Purchase for say $600 for vehicle insurance and bank payments are made at $50/month Now I can see $50 and $100 withdrawals in my bank feeds. These can be identified by the $ amount, and each Purchase has a unique identifier (say ABC for the $50, and XYZ for the $100) Is there any way I can set these up to be automagically allocated to the correct purchase, or am I destined to contiunue to have to fish them out each month (as per current), refer a post it note as to which one is which, and manually allocate these Step by step instructions would be appreciated, my skills in MYOB are very low Thanks in advance Re: In Tray issue after update Thanks for your time I called up today to try and get help, Marvin took my call and was transferring me through to the next level help desk, he assured me they could help and said the wait time was 3-5 minutes After over 30 minutes on hold (he cold transferred me) I gave up as I couldnt continue to hold This is really disappointing from a supplier who claims to 'get' small business, I am unableto get the help I need Can someone who can actually resolve the issue please phone me on monday so I can actually get back to work? Re: In Tray issue after update Many thanks I've now excluded Accountright from my Norton scan but this has failed to fix the issue Screens are still flickering, and painfully slow when Intray is open. Seems OK when Intray is closed, not practical to keep opening and closing windows Is there anyone who can assist? Re: In Tray issue after update Also, the Icon does not eseem to have SE in it (in my toolbar), not sure if this is good or bad? Re: In Tray issue after update I'm trying to exclude Accountright but the path provided doesnt exist: C:\Users\<your windows user name>\AppData\Local\Programs\MYOB\AccountRight I get to my user name, there is no AppData Folder. Any ideas? Re: In Tray issue after update Thanks for that, given In Tray seems to be the cause of the go slow, and another person has commented they're havbing the same issue, plus the rest of my Accountright is not painfully slow, then I'm going to guess that it's not my Norton pulling it down I'll work out how to exlude it from the scan, however given the above I'd suggest that is a very unlikely fix In the meantime can you please investigate further as the issue is not only mine thanks Re: In Tray issue after update I've disabled One Drive, it did not fix the problem, In Tray remains painfully slow and is still flickering Is there a known issue with Norton interfering with Accountright? I have not changed any settings thanks Anna Re: In Tray issue after update Thanks, I'll need some instructions on how to do all that I'm a strategy consultant, not an IT expert I'm afraid I can confirm that nothing has changed on my end in terms of One Drive, Norton etc No idea which edition I downloaded, how can tell? Re: In Tray issue after update Many thanks, there were two files in that folder, both attached Appreciate you looking into this for me Best Anna Re: In Tray issue after update Thanks for that, I've already uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail, I've cleared caches, checked speed and restarted my Surface repeatedly It's still painfully slow (all but unusably slow) and flickering. Note that the bank feed on their own are OK, In Tray seems to be driving my issue Hoping you, or someone else, can assist This is sadly not conducive to me trying to utilise Accountright to support me to run my business, if processing a Purchase take a few minutes each time, allowing me less and less time to actually work in my business, not on it Thanks again Anna
