She sorted it out on the phone for me. She has to control my computer through teamviewer, then she said something like she had to run a script. Then it is done! it took about half hour. It is better to leave them access to your computer, so they can see what the issue is. good luck! i know it is very frustrasting. can't process pays for new payroll year I've tried to process our first payroll of the new payroll year July 2023 several times today and the transactions won't save. Version 2023.5.1.4 Payroll date: 3 july 23 to 3 July 23 last 4 digit of product serial number: 0088 Fully paid invoice in a foreign currency still showing balance due this invoice was fully paid in 2019 but still shows balance due. Currency is SEK. Actual invoice shows $0 balance due which is correct. However, it shows a huge outstanding balance in everywhere else.the currency rate was correct in both invoices and when the payment was applied. However, somehow the system worked out a huge currency gain and loss. This transaction was from 2018/2019, our book is unreconciled since then but need to be fixed now. I cannot go back to edit/delete. it makes our receivable reconciliation is out of balance.
