After processing nil pay in web based MYOB it has fixed the issue. Re: STP not matching for EOFY I have same issue re locked period. Apparently we are supposed to check totals before running first payroll. Unfortunately I didn't have the chance to do this as payruns are weekly and due to timing I need to process payroll. My MYOB payroll reports match but the STP2 totals don't match. It appears to be one employee out of 81 where one of the payrolls hasn't been included in STP2 amounts even though it says accepted in STP2 reporting to ATO. Re: MYOB teams app - no break option showing There appears to have been a glitch somewhere. I had several locations with the same setup but one wasn't allowing breaks. I set up the location a second time and it worked. Re: MYOB teams app - no break option showing I am having a similar problem. We have several locations set up and all locations except one allow you to enter timesheet details including breaks. One location only allows activity details to be entered. I can't find anything different in how customer has been set up. I tried making the location inactive and then setting up a new location but that only let me enter activity as well. I set up a dummy loaction and it allows me to enter timesheets. UPDATE: Setting up Location again appears to have rectified the issue Re: MYOB Team - giving up on it I am thinking it has to do with number of employees and/or locations. Due to the nature of our business we have over 20 locations and over 100 employees listed. An employee could work at multiple locations in one week. As more employees have been added the timesheet loading issue has got worse. Re: MYOB Team - giving up on it I had another try today and no luck. Tried all da to get timesheets page to load to no avail. Nothing would load. Other pages load ok. i.e. Em[ployees, Locations. Rosters sometimes loaded other times only some employees showed. Still no response from MYOB support on this or previous posts. MYOB Team - giving up on it Due to the following I am giving up on MYOB Teams for now: 1. Employees do not show when entering timesheets. It is too inconsistent with what employees are showing. 2. Long lag time between each entry when entering timesheets. 3. After adding employee to a location is when problem is worse re employees not showing. 4. Lack of respoonse from MYOB support. 5. I don't have time to wait for all employees to show up after refreshing page multiple times. It can take hours for it to work. Otherwise the functionality of Teams is good. Re: MYOB Team - Adding breaks to employee timesheets Approving manager can edit the timesheets using online version. Not sure about the app. The online help makes out as though you can edit it in the app.
