One more price rise or change and we are moving to Xero. 'Email' advice from MYOB today no longer will the monthly invoice be emailed, this system has worked perfectly for our accounting system and alerts us each month of the charge, etc. Now, you must log in and go to my account to retrieve the copy. We require a hard copy each month to be stamped for approval etc and now we have to waste time logging in, and remembering, to print the invoice off. Another un-thought through change at MYOB by the Gen Y's and Z's. Give clients the option to continue receiving the email, it does not cost you! Pathetic.
