Re: Coming soon: a fresh new look for your MYOB bill This is the most ridiculous announcement I have gotten from a supplier - you have just created a lot of new steps to my workflow. Previously: Set up my email to automatically send the MYOB invoice straight to my MYOB upload folder where I just need to click it to create a new bill. Now: Click endlessly and login to go to my 'account', download the invoice, upload the the invoice to START the previous workflow. How about we nominate a business in our account and your invoice automatically is sent to the upload folder, like you do with Bunnings ??? Any more annoyances like this and we WILL shift to Xero. Unable to Upgrade from Lite to Pro due to bank feeds We got another employee and have to upgrade - but it won't let me no matter where I try. The message is: Unable to change plan The Pro plan doesn't allow for any bank feeds, but your business currentlyhas 2 active bank feeds. Before changing to this plan, you need to cancel all of your active bank feeds. But Pro has unlimited feeds ? Does MYOB want me to cancel the two feeds and then go through the rigmarole of connecting them again ? I lodged a support ticket over fifty hours ago with no response. Seriously considering switching to Xero. Re: AccountRight and MYOB Business outage Essentials is still unusable in Victoria. Also still waiting for the dashboard to be fixed - it's been months and was the most useful tool to get a quick overview. Seriously considering Xero and regretting deleting all their discount offers.
