I have tried correcting this on the Employee Leave tab by changing the Opening Balance, but the Available leave balance does not change. I have also tried doing an adjustment in the Pay Run but I can't enter a negative amount in the Leave taken field. There doesn't seem to be an adjustment field on the Employee leave tab. I have been requested to process a termination pay tomorrow. Is there a way to create the Termination pay without loosing my current open pay ? Thanks, Rosemary Re: Leave report Hi Cel, The leave report we require is not available since the upgrade. Are you able to provide a time frame for when this be addressed ? We will definitly be needing it to calculate the leave liability at the end of the financial year in December. The report was part of the Essentials package. I am happy to create a new post but I don't see how this is going to be of any assistance. FYI - Brien Thanks, Colleen Re: Leave report When processing pay runs it is standard practice to print out the annual leave and sick leave balances on payday. No idea how to work around this in the upgraded software. Re: Leave report Hi Cel, Thanks for your reply. I did look at the report you mention but if the employee has not taken leave in the date range then no available balance is shown. Essentials enabled me to print a 1 page report which showed each Employee's name and their available balance. This is what I am looking for.
