We are now unable to compile a complete leave report showing all leave including annual leave, accruing balances, alternate days, sick leave etc. I have been told this is no longer possible. The more I think about it the more I realise this must be a legal requirement................... MYOB just say "sorry you can't get this report now" it is unbelievable. I feel helpless Re: No employee history disappeared Hi Jennie, You really should stop referring to this as an upgrade - it is a downgrade. An upgrade is an improvement. We have lost so much, and now have a clumsy, time consuming horrible system. Why you would choose this most busy time of the year is beyond me. It is scary stuff. As a long term client I feel as if absolutely no consideration or thought was shown for us................ It is amazing to hear someone expressing the exact same problems as me. I am very anxious about the upcoming xmas new year pay period...................... makes me panic just thinking about it. This upgrade is not fit for purpose. I did not request it and I had no opportunity to decline it. What an inconsiderate way to treat your customers.....................
