I am afraid my client has not done backups. They use desktop accountright premier and I do the payroll through the web browser. MYOB is only used for payroll for the business. I noticed you mentioned to someone else on the site that MYOB may be able to do a backup retrieval. I read into that and it says you can only do a retrieval if MYOB is used online, is that correct? In this case it is desktop, even though I use through web browser. If I reverse and re-enter the pay run that there was a glitch in when I recorded and filed with ATO, then that is not doing anything as Payroll Activity Report is correct. It is the payroll history report and STP verification report that is incorrect. Is there any other way to access a backup retrieval through the back of the system or even access history. ? I cannot see how this can be fixed without a backup retrieval I look forward to hearing from you. Cheryl839Views0likes1Comment
