I was disappointed that MYOB didn't pull the "upgrade" back immediately they realised confidentiality was being breached. My opinion only ... visually the new UI is a big downgrade from the previous menu/shortcut screen (& unsure we need shortcuts within the shortcut menu) ... Your action of closing this suggestion backs up what most of us have already worked out, that MYOB is not interested in client feedback. Re: MYOB AccountRight Command Centre Changes Hi AmandaMYOB - before fixing something that's not broke maybe the development team should look at some of the browser functionality which is unable to be used - eg anything to do with multicurrency. When your business uses multicurrency extensively it's not productive to use the browser version. so we don't. Actual gaps in functionality would be a good use of the team's time. Would like to know when the user experence for customers paying $195 per month but unable to access a good percentage of the products features, and making it almost impossible to work from anywhere remotely are going to be addressed. Re: MYOB AccountRight Command Centre Changes 100% I am actively going to look at migrating to another platform …. 0 Re: MYOB AccountRight Command Centre Changes Thanks HaydenW - I really hope MYOB do go back and look at this feedback - I don't think it's a case of 'you'll get used to it' - the dark black font and the dark outlines of the flow chart coupled with the tiny and indistinct icons in the top menu give it the 1999 feel rather than a 2025-30 feel .... the tiles, some are useful, most are not necessary - not for avid users of MYOB - maybe as H-TS suggests, for managers or support staff who can't remember where menu functions are from one week to the next. There are actual functional deficiencies which users of AccountRight are screaming for, $200 per month is not getting us alot here. Yes please, this drives me BONKERS as i usually prepare payroll a day in advance - then often FORGET to send the payslip the next day!!! #nobrainer !
