Thanks Sai How do I raise multiple Invoices over a year for a customer for the same purchase order? Hi all, I have a yearly contract and need to bill a customer for a whole year. Currently I raise one invoice (eg for $10k) and the customer pays a quarter (eg 2.5k) of the invoice every quarter. This means invoice shows up as overdue for majority of the time in my dashboard over the year. What is the best way to raise an invoice for $2.5k each quarter? Is it a manual process, where I raise 4 invoices at the beginning of the year, one per quarter, with different due dates and email them to the customer? I am worried if I setup recurring invoices each quarter, what if an invoice gets missed. Is there a better way? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. In MYOB it is showing "awaiting bank", yet the transactions seem to be coming through fine. Not sure why it has not changed to "Active" and if it did change to Active, will it make any difference to the feed? I would like to use online payments, went through the process and got it approved. But I won't use it, unless I can exclude BPAY as an option. I can pass the credit card surcharge to my customers, but cannot absorb the BPAY fees. So please pass my comments to the development team. I have no need for inventory, payroll etc. Accountright Standard & Jobs Hi all, I have been a user of Myob Accountright Plus for a long time. Recently I have simplified my business, have no staff, so now I am considering downgrading to Myob Accountright standard instead of Plus to save around $60/- per month. I am barely using any PLUS features. I do use JOB numbers to record my business expenses against different projects and I want to be able to run P&L reports on a particular project/JOB. Is this still possible if I downgrade to Myob Accountright Standard? When I am comparing different MYOB versions, I notice standard does not have "Budget by Jobs" feature. Thanks in advance.
