Reversing a payroll entry
I have processed an employee with the wrong tax amount taken out via AccountRight, Payroll function. This has been sent to the ATO. Note that I do not have auto EFT payments set up so the correct amount has been EFT into the employee account. AccountRight Plus 2021.3.0 Software installed on Windows 10 Computer and using Online Data File Payroll Reporting Centre - any pdf generated is displaying our old company address. For Example - select Reports, select a submitted Payroll and click on the 3 dots at the end of the line and select Download PDF Report. I have checked our Setup, Company Information - this is the new address. I have checked my.myob and resaved all the correct information. The old address was not appearing and it auto generated with the new address anyway. Where else is the information stored?Solved448Views0likes1Comment- 11KViews2likes0Comments
