I hadn't realised the scroll bar to access the action buttons was on the main command centre window. I assumed it would be on the side of the window I was actually working on - quitewrongly as it turns out. Thanks again for your help; much appreciated. Resize windows in MYOB AccountRight I'm suddenly unable to resize some windows in the latest version of AccountRight! So far I've really only noticed this as a serious problem withPayroll > Payroll Categories > Superannuation > click the blue arrow to openthe 'superannuation type'windows. The windows are so long they extend below my screen so the Save/Cancel buttons are not visible. The obvious effect of this is that I can't save any pre-EOFYchanges I need to make to certain employees' super. This may be an issue with other windows besides the Super windows; tbh I haven't tested every scenario. I'm familiar with resizing windows using click&drag arrows and how to save resized windows or not via the Setup > Preferences > Windows feature. My issue is that I can no longerreduce the heightof these windows which are now ridiculously long! I can move the windows around the screen, but not up enough to 'cheat the system' and bring theSave/Cancel buttons into view. This is new. I've used MYOB for 16 years and in up until now I've always been able to resize windows so that I can operate on them and save my changes; nothing else has changed, I'm using the same laptop with the same screen resolution and the same operating system. How can I restore the old functionality of being able to resize windows so the Save/Cancel buttons are able to be acted on and that any changes I make can be saved? SolvedDad & Partner Pay, DPP Top-up, Covid Payment Top-up Hi We have an employee on Dad & Partner leave. He is claiming the Dad & Partner payment, which the government pays directly to him, and which we will top up to his normal wage.My question is how is the top-up correctly recorded in MYOB? I may be way off base but I'm wondering if we couldset up the Dad & Partner payment as a one off, not regular, payroll deduction, such that the payment is decremented from the employee's normal pay? Similarly, we have another employee who has received the Covid payment from the government. As with the Dad & Partner payment, we will be topping up the covid payment to the employee's normal wage in our next pay run. Could/should the Covid payment also be set up as a deduction, as per the Dad & Partner payment, so that the Covid payment is deducted from the employee's normal pay? Our advice for handling the Covid payment is to reduce the employee's hourly rate so the total of the adjusted rate & the Covid payment net out to the employee's normal pay. I'm not comfortable with this approach, but I'm floundering trying to establish how we're supposed to deal with these government payments that are paid directly to our employees that we typically top up to their normal pay. If we can treat as deductions, happy to take advice on how to set up and classify for STP. Thanks.
