unable to process BAS in MYOB Practice
When will we be able to lodged BAS/ IAS through MYOB Practice again? For the last week or so, when i have tried to prepare a BAS/ IAS i keep getting this message "We’ve encountered an error. Form fields are disabled until we’ve resolved the issue. Check back again later – if the issue persists, contact MYOB support". We have uploaded a client's Business Activity Statement via MYOB Online to the clients email address however the client has now changed employees on who need to approve the BAS. We have added in the new staff members email address for full access to allow for the approval, however we cannot see where we can send an reminder or forward the already sent BAS to the new staff member for approval, as the reminder only goes to the previous persons email.Solved574Views0likes1CommentBAS Taking Long Time To Prefill
The BAS on the new system seems to take a long time to load. Also validating take a lot longer then what it use to but that is a separate issue. I open the BAS and it says it is loading which takes a long time then once it loads nothing is filled in. You have to wait a couple minutes, reload and then it is filled in. Are there issues with the MYOB Portal today? I received an email to say that a client has approved their IAS. I can see approved in tasks but under the activity statements list, still showing as waiting signature. How do you amend a BAS via MYOB Online? It seems you cannot do it. Since 30 Sept 2024, you can no longer prepare a BAS (amended or otherwise) via MYOB AO/AE.
