Spend Money/Receive Money: Enter key to navigate to the next line
Hi, when I'm posting entries in Spend Money,I use the TAB key to move between fields. If I'm splitting the coding for an entry, once I keyed the amount for a particular GL code Iused to use the ENTER key to create a new line (ready for the next post). This is not working. It continues to tab through the fields, and once the cursor is in the memo field it then starts creating blank lines within the memo field. I'm having to TAB all the way through to the end of the line, which is when it then creates a new line for me to continue the entries - dare I say it again, having to take my fingers off the keyboard and use the mouse. It doesn't make a difference to data entry if I have a tick in the preference box or not. "The Enter Key not working correctly?" Hope this makes sense and you can help. Can we please have the simple things that worked in v19 in 2012, please. Julz3.8KViews0likes3CommentsSpend money: Attach documents
Hi MYOB Team, I was delighted about the announcment of the new In Tray feature offered by Essentials - an extremely sensible and practical solution to storing invoices against a transaction. However, I was disappointed when I learned that you can only do this for "Bills".I think many people would be pleased if this functionality could be expanded to include all transaction types. For example, if I go to the petrol station and pay for petrol, I still receive a tax invoice. I would like to be able to scan this and upload it to In Tray and then link it to a "Spend Money" transaction. I hope you will be able to accomodate this request, otherwise people will not be readily able to move away from a paper based record keeping system. Kind regards, Jai "Expand In Tray Feature to all transaction types"67KViews244likes132CommentsChanging default bank account
We've changed to a different bank and I can't work out how to change the default account for various different things, e.g. electronic payments, spend money, receive money, so I'm having to use the drop down list to select the bank account each time I open these screens, which is a bit tedious. Sales receipts are landing in the correct account. Hoping someone can help?Solved1.6KViews0likes1Comment
