Myob Capture - Long Scans
We've recently started using Capture across our chain. We've found some receipts are coming through with an inch or so of extra space added to either end of the docket. It also looks like these are coming through at a lower quality, some being unreadable. I have scanned short dockets, and A4 pages, and found no problem with either. I have cleared the cache, and stored data, and the issue has started on a co-workers phone too.
