'Pay superannuation' feature rejecting one employee but fund details are complete and correct
We have attempted (more than once) to submit our latest 'pay superannuation' clearing house lodgement but one employee's payment is being rejected. As they are a new employee, we have been in contact with their fund to ensure that the details we have set up in MYOB are correct (and they are) but are not able to successfully submit this payment.
