Ok, I feel like I have entered into the "Bizarro World" while doing my bank recs!!!
Hi all, hopefully someone can help me!! I do bank recs every month and they're always ok, I am trying to do my bank rec for July and all of a sudden the account has extra funds as far as MYOB is concerned. Ordinarily I don't mind receiving money however this is just in MYOB, my account doesn't have these extra funds! I have double checked my June bank rec and all is ok, I am at a loss as to where this fictional amount has come from. Does anyone out there know how to fix this, I am going crazy here trying to work this out!! Please help!!
Bank Reconciliation - option to add bank transaction from this screen
In the Desktop version of AccountRight, when doing bank recs, you had the option to add a bank transaction from that screen - super useful for doing month interest and bank fees. In the MYOB Business online, you don't have this option so every time I am doing bank recs I have to go out of the bank rec screen into the Receive Money or Spend Money to do these simple bank fees/interest transactions. It would be great to have the option to do this from the bank rec screen. Thanks :-)
