AR Plus Desktop If you start a search in inventory on the All Items tab and then click to another tab, the search clears. When you click back on All Items it comes back. AR Desktop - Using a Recurring Transaction. Default tax code in Customer Card is set to "INT" and "Use Customer's Tax Code" When an item is changed it reverts back to the tax code in the item and not the customer card. Change the item and the tax code changes. It should stay as INT not GST. I tested after recording on the very next line. The tax code stays INT as expected. AR Plus Desktop If find transactions page is open in the background and the order is changed to an invoice, the refresh arrow doesn't work. Only way to get to work is open the dropdown next to invoice number and click the refresh button there. Then the other screen updates. Issue is that when clicking the refresh in the dropdown the invoice number is lost and has to be entered again. AR Plus Desktop Why doesn't Record immediately change to OK following a Print Preview. Happens with Purchases when changing from an order to a bill. Pretty sure it happens from order to invoice also. Previously on AR Enterprise this would immediately change so it was obvious that it had been recorded. AR Plus Desktop Reminders list is showing items that are not yet due. Example: Recorded a transaction yesterday. Recur annually and remind 31 days in advance. Next years is already showing in the list. If I mark "Remind When Due" it will not come up 31 days in advance. Can you advise how to fix this bug at my end if possible or get it sorted in an update soon?Recurring for Sales - Address field changes back to default on customer card
AR Desktop We have recently moved from AR Enterprise to AR Plus. Have found that when using a sales recurring and changing from Invoice to Order (or Quote) the address field defaults back to the customer card. This is very frustrating as when using recurring transactions as a copy function all details need to stay the same. When doing the same thing using "Recurring Purchases" changing from Bill to Order, the address field stays the same as expected. This is very frustrating when you are trying to do a complete copy of the original but need to change from Invoice to Order or Quote.Truncated columns in Sales Register - Desktop
Hi there Since the most recent update, every time I open the Sales Register it truncates multiple columns so they do not show their full value. If I double click on the heading for each column it will expand it, but then when I change to a different Customer I have to resize the columns all over again. It is extremely annoying when I am doing this constantly each day. You can see from the attached screenshot that it has truncated the invoice number, Cust PO, Amount and Amount Due columns. NOTE: This is not occurring in the Purchases Register. Any suggestions?
