Practice Alias - Emails and comments
Is there a setting so when comments are added to a task, the email sent to the client also comes from the Practice Alias? Currently, sharing a task or document sends an email from the Practice Alias. But any comments made to the task & sent as an email, display the staff member's name instead. This makes those emails less recogniseable and they're being missed by the client. I have a client that is trying to set up portal and has forgotten his password. When he asked for a password reset he is not receiving email from MYOB with a code to enter into the next step. No emails in junk folder or any other email folders. Any ideas how to resolve this? Thank you.Solved
