Practice Alias - Emails and comments

Is there a setting so when comments are added to a task, the email sent to the client also comes from the Practice Alias? 

Currently, sharing a task or document sends an email from the Practice Alias.  But any comments made to the task & sent as an email, display the staff member's name instead. This makes those emails less recogniseable and they're being missed by the client.
