Tax Invoices won't print or email

Yes, we had one line on the forms that was Calibri. Changed that to Arial and saved. It now works like it has for the previous 10 years and 50,000 invoices. Whether is a font issue or as MYOB mentioned above, just any change fixes it - who knows. 

MYOB, who do we bill for all the wasted hours? 

EDIT: for us in was absolutely due to using Calibri. Any forms that were all Arial continued to work. Any forms with any Calibri (which were many) didn't. Changed them to Arial and all forms now work (like they always had). For us it was definitely font. Changing anything else and re-saving had no change for us. The font change away from Calibri did. So MYOB, what have you got against Calibri all of a sudden?

I am having the same issue and have seeked advice from my IT and he has said it is an MYOB issue as all other software programs can print, and emailed attachments can also print; which means MYOB IS AT FAULT.

Another thing to note that when you send an invoice to print it does not even register in the print que?

What is going on MYOB Team you keep making unnessary changes that are impacting our day to day business!!!!!!!

Yes I have the same problem. 

Sorry but glad it isn't just us. Here's hoping somebody has a solution. For anyone from MYOB reading this, I see the Win 11 update yesterday said this:

"KB5121003 introduces a newized configuration for printer driver selection, legacy communication might be blocked."

I hadn't tried emailing, but same problem with printing.

Also experiencing issues with in tray, slow, says not attached but is there after a few minutes.

Hi, I also am unable to print or save invoices to disk.  This morning Myob was not letting me open files unless I updated to new 2026.6.

Thanks for all the details. As packing slips are still working and the issue seems to be limited to invoices, it sounds like this may be related to the invoice form or AccountRight’s printing component. The Windows 11 update could be related, but it’s hard to confirm that from here. Could you please try the following:

• Test a new, simple invoice using a standard invoice form rather than your customised form. If the standard form prints or emails successfully, the issue is likely within the customised form, such as its layout or logo
• Clear the AccountRight cache, close and reopen AccountRight, then test the invoice again. It’s best to test one invoice individually rather than using a bulk print or email option
• Check or repair the Microsoft .NET Framework and restart the computer. Also check that the Windows Print Spooler service is running
• As a temporary workaround, sign in to the browser version of AccountRight and try printing or emailing the invoice from there

Yes, an invoice prints on the standard plain invoice template (which isn't suitable). It won't (as of today) print or email on our custom form which has not changed in years. 

 - I cleared AccountRight cache and restarted MYOB. No change. 

 - Print Spooler is running

 - I don't know how to check or repair .NET Framework. 

The above shows it is a MYOB issue. Plain form prints - the one we have used every day for 10 years now doesn't. 

Please advise the fix. Thanks.
