Cannot Print Invoices \ Packing slips

Hello, i am having issues with MYOB accountright where i am unable to print invoices and packing slips from MYOB.  When attempting to print the printer makes a noise but nothing comes through. The printer works fine when printing other from software. 

I had tried using a different printer and it didnt work, i opened up the software on a different computer and tried to different printer but that didnt work. 

I had asked our IT to have a look and they agree it does appear MYOB related. 

We tried saving the document as a PDF and the invoice saved shows incomplete information.  The other part which is just weird. 

But when we did the tests, MYOB didnt classify it is as printed so it didnt clear the invoice in "The Be Printed" in the review sales before delivery.

    Hi DJMX5​ , it does appear to be related to the microsoft update and from what we have found so far, it is affecting customised forms that are using the Calibri font.
    You can try a different font or uninstall the latest windows update as a workaround for now

    Thanks for testing another printer and computer. Please reinstall the printer using the latest driver from the manufacturer.

    If it still won’t print, contact MYOB Support and include:

     

    • Printer make and model
    • Windows 11 version
    • Latest Windows update 
    • AccountRight diagnostic log

    You can reach out by creating a ticket in My Account or connect with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.

     

    Recent Windows updates have caused printing issues in some desktop apps, so that these details will help with troubleshooting.

    Hi Genreve,

    It has nothing to do with any of that. What caused the problem is MYOB's issue. Your customers just want to know how to fix it. For us, it was changing Calibri font in our custom forms. Once changed to Arial and saved, forms printed and emailed again.

     

    Yes, it was probably the Win 11 update that broke things but MYOB is the only thing that was impacted. It isn't your customers hardware.

    Hi There, 

    I am also unable to print invoices from MYOB - however the font we use is arial not calibri. 

    Would it be the same issue?

    This is also a problem for us from this morning, We have a lot of Documents to Change and Changing the Fonts seem arduous and time consuming, I have taken the last Windows update off my computer and this has not fixed anything, it seems to have caused a print error to come up and freeze my MYOB so it needs to be shut down and rebooted. This is causing a major disruption in our business currently!
