Hi all, we have noticed today that when we bring an invoice from the Uploads/in tray to enter it as a bill none of the invoice information is being brought in and we have to manually enter each one. Is anyone else having an issue?

The team were able to release a hotfix last night to address this issue. Service should now be restored, thanks for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this.
My client had this problem first but now the in-tray is empty on the desktop version, but we can see them in the online version.
Clients uses desktop so this is a huge inconvenience with the amount of documents in the intray.
Would be helpful for MYOB to investigate and fix.

I am having the same issues, I cant link any of the documents to bills, it is saying my in-tray is empty on the desktop version. And my online version wont link anything.

I contacted MYOB support via a live chat and have received the following email:
Thank you for your patience while we investigated the issue with your MYOB In Tray.
We have confirmed that this is a known issue affecting the AccountRight desktop In Tray. Clearing the cache did not resolve the problem, but your documents are still available online under Purchases > Uploads.
As a temporary workaround, please use the browser version of MYOB to access and process your documents:
I have also added your account as impacted by this known issue. You will receive an email update once the issue has been fully resolved.

Thanks for checking in. Keying this in by hand is a real drag. We haven't seen any other reports on this yet. I’d recommend hitting up our support team directly so they can take a look in real time. That way, they can see if it’s tied to the last incident and loop in our product team to investigate.

Same here, In-Tray in AR Standard is not loading anything, and I get this in the main menu:
They online version has the documents that I was expecting to be in there, but they're all dated for tomorrow for some reason?
What leads you to believe it's being sorted?
Having the same problem as well.
Just sat down to code 180 invoices before the end of day. Not a promising start. 😡
My in tray docs have disappeared as well. Desktop version. Methinks there is an issue.
