Bulk editing in the Action Hub
G'day Solmates! The idea: Add the ability to bulk edit and categorise transactions directly from the Action Hub, making it faster and easier to tidy up multiple entries in one go. You guys bring good ideas on the daily, and we've had two Solmates (thank you Jonagrey and CqC) share very similar suggestions recently about bulk editing and categorising expenses and income. We’re bringing both ideas together here so the whole conversation (and all the votes!) can live in one place. We’ll pop their original suggestions in the comments so they get full credit for the epic idea! Multiple Selection of Expenses
Currently you have to tap on each expense to edit details like: Expense type / Payment Category / Supplier / Notes I have a lot of fixed and variable expenses daily like subscriptions & tolls...so would be great if I could bulk edit them by selecting line items in one go pls 🙏
Automatically Add MYOB Payment in the Money Out Expenses Category
When having the direct debit payment for SOLO come out of our account, can the record of payment be automatically placed in our Money Out expenses? I love SOLO and everything it’s doing in the sole trader space. It would be wonderful if the direct debit monthly payment for SOLO could be automatically recorded in our expenses category, rather than being manually put in by us.
We need a receipt capture widget.
Anyone want to get behind a few minor improvements we could do with? if I have to open the app, sign in, select receipt entry, scan, categorise, wait for confirmation, then a few more steps like “do not close this app” etc every time I make a purchase it’s going to get tiresome real quick! I suggest a widget that can be added to your Home Screen that captures the picture and queues it for processing specifically in myob. Either creates a myob album in your photos or holds them apart for processing then deletes them afterwards while you’re there perhaps make the widget show pending invoice number and recently paid number… just a thought
Creating invoices and expenses
I found the process of creating invoices and expenses very seamless. Just have a question regarding viewing expenses once created. I was unable to view a photo of my attached expense. Thinking it would be more efficient to have a preview of the attached photo if possible.
