Forms: Invoices - Terms and conditions/second page
Suggest that we are able to add a 2nd page to all quotes/orders/invoices for things like Terms and Conditions that can be automatically printed within MYOB. As a minimum and pre-cursor to this suggest that the Labels format be changed in AR Live to allows us to have 1 A4 label on the page so that we can use this for Quote Terms and Conditions like we have been using in previous versions of MYOB. Forms: Ability to copy multiple fields from one form to another
In version 19.5 it was possible to copy muliple fields from one invoice to another. It was even possible to copy from say an item layout to a service invoice. This saved alot of time and means you could easily make the different invoices look exactly the same. That feature has gone now. "Copying fields when customising invoices"
Forms: Ability to rearrange column order easily
Hi, I have come across another bizarre customising forms operation. To be able to change/rearrange the order in which columns print in tables when customising forms. I read the support notes and It took half an hour to move one column, I got it to work but only because I gave up, saved the form then it just moved! I needed detailed instructions which one of the Myob community forumn moderators posted for me-see below. I am sure this is not the easiest or most logical way of doing this. To move a column you'll need to be in the customise forms screen, and then: 1. Select the table by left clicking on it.*. 2. Grab the column you want to move by clicking and holding down the left mouse button in the heading area. 3. Drag it to the left or right to reposition the column. *Importantly, do not choose Edit Table, or double click on the table so that you are editing the text in the columns. If you can type into the column headers, then choose the Table Layout button at the top of the columns screen, highlight and make sure Edit Table is not ticked. Or something like that - thanks again Will. Would it be easy to reprogram so that you could use the area where you show/hide columns to change or arrange their print order then? Forms: Receipt - Add Balance Owning column
Hi Would it be possible to have the option of adding a Balance Owing column to the receipts form - most of our clients make part payments and at the moment I am writing their balance owing on the receipt for them. - Leigh - NIC "Add Balance Owing column to Receipts forms"
Statements: Include invoice amount column for payment lines
Would it be possible to add a column to the Activity (&/or Invoice) Statement Form for "Amount of Invoice"? At the moment there is a "Ref No" column but nowhere to let the receiver know how much the Invoice attached to the Ref No is. I think they need to know the amount so that they can check that the amounts they have entered into thier system matches the amounts for which they have been invoiced. A column between "Description" and "Payments" should work. "Extra column to Statements"
