Moving the Document Manager file store to a network location
Hi I have a standalone MYOB AO setup. I'm wanting to move the Document Manager File Store to a network folder. I note that when running the DM_Config utility, it says the location must be a local folder and not a network location. To get around this (rightly or wrongly), I've simply mounted a network folder as a drive and point the DM_Config utility at it. It accepts the setting fine however, when I attempt to add a file to DM, it errors out saying "Cannot save file to the File Store after 3 attempts. Reason: Could not find a part of the path '<file store location I gave it>\<folder name MYOB creates>'. File <file i'm adding>. The file remains checked out, please try again later." So it begs the question, can one actually use a network location as the DM File Store? If so, what settings need to be changed to allow for this? I note that this could be done by saving to an iSCSI target however, our implementation requires a network share. Thank you.Track General Ledger Changes
Hi, I was hoping to get some assitance with a General Ledger report. I am currently producing a report for the previous FY and I was to see which user accounts made changes to the general ledger. I couldn't see any customisation settings and wanted to know if there was any way to determine which specific usernames have made changes, additions etc. to the ledger. Thanks, Nick.1.3KViews0likes1CommentForbidden to Access This Resource

Hi, We are having an issue when trying to connect via network to a MYOB Accountants Office SQL server. When attempting to start the MYOB AO - it gives us an error: see attached I have attempted to resolve the issue via: Turning off their antivirus software (ESET), testing on another profile from the PC, restarting the PC, flushing the DNS, etc. which have all failed. The host machine on the SQL server works fine with the login, no issues. The PC having issues is Windows 10 22H2 and was working fine up until yesterday when we tried to log into the TAX file system Any advice is appreciated.Solved972Views0likes1CommentTroubleshooting AE/AO Installations

Has anyone worked out how when in Compliance area you can have multiple tabs showing for clients you are working on. Rather than having to go back to the Compliance "Home Page" all the time to open an additional one. (Like if you want associated people open at same time). Or a way to keep the "Home Page" available all the time.
