CURRENT ISSUE WITH LINKED DOCUMENTS BETWEEN BROWSER VERSION AND DESKTOP APP (AccountRight)
The linked documents do not sync between the two versions. I've been told by the support that at the moment I have to attach the documents on the desktop APP as it doesn't sync when I did that on the browser version. That's really inconvenient and not practical. Hopefully, it can be rectified soon.
In Tray - Quick Preview (or ability to change size)
Allow a quick preview of items in the "In Tray" maybe similar to how it is done with File Explorer. This would mean you don't have to double click and open each one individually just to see what it is. Another option might be to have a size slider that changes the size of the thumbnail.
Sales In Tray "In Tray."
Okay, so now we can finally add documents to Sales Invoices. That's great and a much overdue feature and very much appreciated. Now is it possible to have an actual "In Tray" in the Sales window as it exists in the Purchases window so we don't have to ferret around to activate it? Hi, we are receiving poor quality captures into our MYOB tray. Is there anyway MYOB can improve the quality of the capture to be more like a scanned document such as iPhone Notes scan document uses? We just can't use the captures, they are not clean enough and often very distorted when viewing them during the processing stages.
