Items: Selling Price including GST
Currently LiveAccounts only offers a GST exclusive Item Sell price and two decimal places for the price. This causes issues like the following: A $36 inc. GST price becomes 31.40. Which then means if I invoice for a couple of these, the invoice (GST inclusive) displays: a unit price of $35.99 - I want $36 a total of $71.99 - this is neither the $72 figure I wanted nor 2x $35.99 Please add either a GST inclusive Item Sell price or 3 decimal places for GST ex. Many thanks! "Item Sell price including GST OR 3 decimal places"18KViews53likes37CommentsImport and export data: Items - updating existing records
Having a go at the import/export data for the first time and thought it was odd that there was no Buying Price field when there is a Tax CodeWhen Bought field. Also thought it would be a good idea to include a checkbox to enable overwrite existing items "Import/export data - add Buying Price field & overwrite function"7.7KViews7likes12CommentsSales: Enter Unit and Amount, let system calculate the Unit Price
G'day, It would be very handy if one could put in the quantity and the final price and then the unit price would be automatically derived from that. This is especially handy if you know the final price and have an odd unit (like 1.5 buckets of sand), but you aren't sure of the unit price (yet you want the customer to see that you gave them 1.5 buckets of sand. I need a printout of multi-level pricing to give to my sales reps. AccountRight Plus and Standard 2011/2012 currently has multi-level pricing available. But there is no way to print a report of this pricing directly. Could a report please be added that shows multi-level pricing, similiar to the Price List [Detail] report available in the Premier edition of v19.4.7KViews5likes3CommentsItems: Allow pricing up to 4 decimal places
As of August 2018, a manually-entered price on a sale or purchase can have 4 decimal places. When creating an item, although 4 decimal places are permitted in the price fields, when saved they are reduced to 2. This will assist in avoiding rounding errorswith GST-inclusive line totals, especially since prices cannot (yet?) be specified as GST-inclusive. It would be extremely useful to have the option to print Sales Reports in summary form in Essentials, as per the options in Account Right, as most reportsd are far too long. eg. the Sales by Item report under Sales options, lists sales by product codes but it lists in the body of the report, every customer who purchased that product for each product code. The option to simply have each code listed and the total salesfor that product shown, so that the report could be 10 or so lines long instead of several pages. If you could right click on an item in the inventory list and have a short cut to the 'find transactions for an item' we would use this all the time I'm sure others out there would use it too, to find the sales history of a particular item. It would be a great time saver if it could be done in just a couple of clicks. Thanks "Sales History short cut from Inventory List"2.7KViews4likes1Comment
