Consultant recommendation for MYOB AccountRight migration & data clean-up
Hi MYOB Users and Friends, We’re an SME based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and have been using MYOB AccountRight for many years. Due to a change in our business structure, we’re looking to archive our two existing company files and migrate to a new file. As part of this project, we’ll also be reviewing our system set-ups, including reconfiguring our chart of accounts and undertaking a data cleansing process. The project will be taking place in the next couple of months, and we’re starting the early identification of external support. While we’re Melbourne-based, we’re happy to collaborate remotely with consultants who can work within our time zone. Has anyone been through a similar project and could recommend a consultant experienced in these types of services? Feel free to DM me if you’d prefer to share recommendations privately. Upgrade to ARL went to cloud when it was suppose to go to desktop??
Hi MYOB, SN XXXX 6778 ABN XXXX 8037 A client has asked me to upgrade some old V19 back ups for prior FY to ARL and then have them open as read only. This is so the client has all the historical data if they need to look back on any history. Anyway I upgraded the file (this is the screen shot below) looking back on this there is no company file name and the boxes are greyed out. I didn't notice this at the time and now the file upgraded online.. but I didn't tick that option? Just tested it on the next file and the same issue on this screen below? What is going on?
