Receivables Reconciliation [Summary] - out of balance
Hi, I generated the Receivables Reconciliation [Summary] and it shows an out of balance against the Trial balance amount of Trade Debtors account. I was able to identify what specific transaction caused the error, and it is an irreversible transaction (order converted to invoice). Hope you can help me on how to proceed on this. Aged receivables not matching Trade Debtors
Hi, The Aged Receivables doesn't match the Trade Ddebtors in Balance Sheet. I ran the exceptkion review and fixed the unreconciled sale but it still does not match. The Receivables Reconciliation matches the Trade Debtors in Balance Sheet but the Aged Receivables report is still different. Can someone help fix this. Balance Sheet is out of Balance
Hi there, My balance sheet for 22/23 is out of balalce. Net Assets doesn't equal the Total Equity. I realised a retained earning brought forward by Myob is out and is creating a variance. Job Profit & Loss in MYOB AR in the Browser Unable to be Run

Can't Export any reports to excel :(
Hi, I have followed the instructions provided by MYOB for exporting reports to excel, MYOB AccountRight Reports Exporting reports however each and everytime I try to export anything NOTHING happens.......it does't even open up excel. I get the little timer icon on the mouse pointer, but nothing eventuates. Extremely frustating to try and do my job without this function Has any one else experienced this and does anyone know how to fix? Thank you
Accountright Plus API to run power BI
Good Morning, we are currently looking to improve our reporting (not just financial reporting as we are a labour hire company) using power BI - currently importing from 2 other software to MYOB account right. can I ask if account right Plus has an API for Power BI. if not can you please provide an alternative suggestion on how we can upload data to a common platform for reporting?
