Receivables Reconciliation [Summary] - out of balance
Hi, I generated the Receivables Reconciliation [Summary] and it shows an out of balance against the Trial balance amount of Trade Debtors account. I was able to identify what specific transaction caused the error, and it is an irreversible transaction (order converted to invoice). Hope you can help me on how to proceed on this. Thank you.
GST TAX INFO REC NOT BALANCING
Hi I'm hoping someone can help please! My GST collected and Paid are not balancing. The report from Jul - Sept 2022 is out by the BAS amount we paid in July for Apr-Jun 2022, so not worried about that, but I have just run the Tax Info Rec report and I am out. I have been reading other posts regarding this and I have: - run the company auditor and checked the tax code exceptions reports but nothing seems to be allocated incorrectly. - printed off both GST collected and GST Paid GL account transactions and have reconciled against the GST Ledger -I have checked the BAS allocation for July - Sept quarter to ensure it was done correctly. Aged receivables not matching Trade Debtors
Hi, The Aged Receivables doesn't match the Trade Ddebtors in Balance Sheet. I ran the exceptkion review and fixed the unreconciled sale but it still does not match. The Receivables Reconciliation matches the Trade Debtors in Balance Sheet but the Aged Receivables report is still different. Can someone help fix this. Balance Sheet is out of Balance
Hi there, My balance sheet for 22/23 is out of balalce. Net Assets doesn't equal the Total Equity. I realised a retained earning brought forward by Myob is out and is creating a variance. I just keep getting the same error no matter which report i run - have varied dates & job codes. Used one job code. I can see two similar threads that said a fix was being undertaken and the post resolved but this still seems to be an issue:470Views0likes1Comment
Can't Export any reports to excel :(
Hi, I have followed the instructions provided by MYOB for exporting reports to excel, MYOB AccountRight Reports Exporting reports however each and everytime I try to export anything NOTHING happens.......it does't even open up excel. I get the little timer icon on the mouse pointer, but nothing eventuates. Extremely frustating to try and do my job without this function Has any one else experienced this and does anyone know how to fix? Thank you
