Deleting a $0 'paid' invoice
Hello, I was creating a test invoice and accidentally saved one for $0, which has automatically been marked as 'Paid'. Unfortunately, the app won’t allow me to edit the invoice as it's marked as paid, and it won't allow me to delete this invoice, as there’s no associated payment to remove. Is there a way to have this invoice deleted? It’s now sitting among my regular invoices and is out of sequence with my invoice numbers. Appreciate your help!Solved414Views1like9CommentsANZ Business accounts can't be linked
Hi, when I try to connect my accounts to SOLO, my two business accounts come up as 'unavailable'. I've spent 30+ minutes on the phone with ANZ business team and they can't work out what is wrong. I have looked over the 'open banking' information that you send everyone else and according to that information there is no reason why I shouldn't be able to link the accounts. It is definitely not worth me having solo if I can't link these accounts. Would appreciate anything else you can suggest or help with to fix this issue asap. Thanks.Solved256Views0likes6CommentsSearch for transaction categories & changing allocated transactions.
If I have accidentally allocated a transaction to the wrong category, it is very difficult to change it unless I know exactly what the name of the transaction was. It would be helpful to search by category name, or be able to access each category to see which transactions have been allocated, so it can easily be changed. Currently, the app only lets you search via the bank account list and the search bar is terrible. Even if I search by transaction date, or value of the transaction (eg: $128.00) it rarely works. Is there another way?20Views0likes0CommentsTransactions to review & receipts
When reviewing transactions (namely expenses paid by linked bank account), it would be really helpful to have the option to add your receipt when you do this (in smart match or manual match). Currently, I match the transaction, but then have to go into my expenses and find the transaction again to upload my receipt so I feel like I am doing double the work! If paid in cash, all you do is upload the receipt and it's done!43Views1like2CommentsTap to pay on MYOB assist app
The biggest reason that I have decided not to use SOLO is because it doesn't have a quoting function. The reason why I would most like to use SOLO is because it has a tap to pay function. I'm in an annoying stage of business where I seem to be too big for SOLO and too small for business lite? Surely there is a way to create a tap to pay function in the MYOB Assist app so that I can take payments on the go, rather than have to send them an invoice. There are many times a week where this would be very useful for me but I can't seem to find any way other than a third party app which I don't want to use! Otherwise, I have found the product that I am using to be fantastic, having tap to pay in the MYOB assist app would be SO USEFUL!75Views0likes1CommentWelcome Solmates 👋
