Linking uploaded receipts to transactions
Linking uploaded receipts to transactions is a pain even with two screens ( if you are lucky enough to have them). It would be great if you could add a link to search/match transactions directly from the uploaded recipt. Instead of looking at the recipt you need to match in uploads then going to bank transactions page and searching and scrolling. Then back to uploads, then back to transactions etc. etc... Majority of my transactions arre not auto matching even thoigh date amount company arre all there. All auto features are activated. Regards Adam
Manual Uploads of Invoices
The box where the invoices is dragged into would be better across the top. At present if an invoice has been downloaded the download window is over the box to drag to and is hidden and difficult to drag into. There was a brief moment it was across the top on one of my files.
Ability to export everything
MYOB cloud-based solutions badly needs the option for us users to export our data. This includes (but not limited to) all PDF attachments, invoices, contacts etc - along side the reports and other minor things that can be exported now. This is not necessarily so that we can do a runner and migrate to another accounting platform, but its absolutely critical when changing business structure (eg. from a sole trader to a Pty Ltd company) and starting with a fresh set of books for the new structure. I'm in a position where I'm having to spend hours manually saving everything so that I can cancel my original subscription and start fresh with the new MYOB subscription under the new entity. We need to legally be able to hold this data for many years in case we are audited by the ATO. Please add this functionality ASAP. I can see old posts where people have asked for this 5 years ago, but nothing has been done. It's not good enough.MYOB Subscription invoice delivered direct to Uploads
An option to have a copy of MYOB's monthly invoice for its services delivered direct to the "Uploads" area to save having to download the invoice and then upload it to generate an expense. Idea originally posted on our Ideas Exchange 10 years ago with a total of 40 votes and 10 comments.
Adding New Supplier from the In Tray
Its great that you can add a new supplier when processing their invoice through the Upload, BUT it is really frustrating that you cannot move the create suppler window so that you can access their information - including their ABN which should be recorded on every supplier. Has this issue been raised previously - if so is anything being done about it and if not....... can it be slatted for improvement PLEASE :).Linking uploaded documents to Spend Money transactions
Users would like the ability to link documents to an existing spend money transaction. Currently if you upload a document to the Uploads screen, you have the option to "Create spend money transaction" but there is no option to "Link spend money transaction". If a business wants its employees to upload receipts using the capture app they need to provide them access to the MYOB file using a limited number of pre-determined user levels. Unfortunately, none of them are suitable if you do not want your employee being able to log in and access parts of MYOB that you do not want them to have. Please provide an additional category of user that only has the ability to upload receipts using the capture app.
