Is there any way a Job can be allocated to a recorded pay? Without having to re-do the pay....
Thanks in advance!

Hi @Angie_2000,
Appreciate your post. After recording pay, it's not feasible to add a job number to staff names without redoing the process. Turn on the 'Warn if jobs are not assigned to all transactions' feature in System Preferences. If practical, assign jobs in the standard pay section of the employee card for those that are consistent. However, setting the job to standard pay doesn't guarantee the right job is verified. If staff are involved in various jobs, incorrect job allocation might occur. For more insights on jobs in payroll, please refer to the relevant article.
Feel free to reach out if you need any more assistance.

Hi Shella
Many thanks for your reply.
It didn't know about the System Preference in regards to making sure all transactions have a job allocated - that's great! Going forward I am sure to be all good now.
Much appreciated
Angie
