STP2 YTD Verification Report

Hi,

Checking YTD Verification Report and we have two reports for one employee.  Employee ended employment June 2022 and was terminated.

Returned May 2023 and was not reinstated in payroll reporting so now has two reports. The $ amounts are correct for each period.

Is there a way to correct or should I contact ATO?

Hi Hannah, I cannot work out how to send you a private message - i followed steps below but doesnt seem to work

 

To send a private message:

  1. Click on the username of the person you want to send the private message to.
  2. Select the Send a message option on the right hand side of the window.
  3. Enter in a message subject and body.
  4. Click on Send Message.

Hi @KCKDA 

 

Private messages have been disabled by MYOB for all users. When a moderator invites you to send a private message, the moderator needs to enable 'private messages' for you, or atleast check that it has been enabled for you. The new moderators don't seem to be aware of this, despite being told several times. Hopefully @Hannah_V will enable this for you so you can message her.
