Unable to Connect

Hi, 

 

Unable to connect to Payroll, then unable to connect inculding logging into Myob.

Please can this be resolved today, so I pay our staff.

Hi @Jass89 

 

This is happening due to an issue we are experiencing whereby clients are receiving a timeout error while trying to login to the online services. Our product team is investigating this at the highest priority and I will post an update on this thread as soon as it is resolved.

this does not help get our payroll done.  its a difficult enough time as it is and people are relying on their pays.  What is the ETA on this being fixed because banks have cut off times also
