Emails not going through

Hi 

My invoices are not being emailed through to receipients; it has been going on for at least two weeks.

all addresses are correct

When will this be fixed please

A premium product should have this fixed by now

If the emails are still not being received, please ensure the recipients have whitelisted noreply@apps.myob.com


If that is whitelisted already, send us at least 2 impacted email addresses by Private Message so we can check if they are blacklisted on our end.

So further to that - all emails have gone through without a problem up to approximately two weeks ago.  I had customers check their junk mail

So still believe the problem lies with MYOB

We have checked the emails sent as per your private message and they are not blacklisted on our end. Can you please get the customers to whitelist our email address and check if the problem still persists.

Hi

 

this "solution" is somewhat circular - up until about 3/4 weeks ago, this was not happening.  The emails are simply not going through- they sit as 'sending' for quite some time and then customers are not receiving them, even when checking in their 'junk' mail etc

Hi @dyann 

 

We did have an emailing incident that was impacting the delivery of emails but that has since been resolved. As the emails are still not getting delivered to your customers, can you send one email to yourself as a test and check if you receive it.
