Hi,
I'm trying to figure out if there is any way to know how many new clients have been added to MYOB since the beginning of the year. I couldn't find any report out of the box, but is there any workaround to export data and sort by creation date? I couldn't find that either...
Anyone has any ideas

Hi @AlexT,
Thanks for reaching.
Currently, the system does not record the date logs of any changes made or any new customer card made in the file. The system only records these change and add logs for transactions and not for cards. Rest assured we'll raise this with our development team.
If you have any other concerns or questions feel free to let us know.
Cheers,
Genreve

Hi @AlexT
As you add a new card, this card is allocated the next Record ID. So export your Cards, then sort by Record ID. This will show the order the cards were created, but not the date. You would need to look up Sales or Purchase history to help pinpoint 1st Record ID created this year.

Hi Gavin,
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, they way MYOB is set up doesn't assign the record iD automatically.
Thanks

Hi @AlexT
Yes it does - this is a critical design feature of the software. Just don't confuse Card ID with Record ID.
