Our recurring transactions are not recording. There isn't an error message, it just sits there after selecting record.

Can you please clear the AccountRight cache and then try to record those recurring transactions? Are you still getting the same error ?

I have emptied the Cache and the problem is still there. We use this function a lot so would really like it fixed asap.
The hourglass comes on briefly then nothing.

Can you please provide further details on whether you're trying to use the existing recurring transaction to create a new transaction or trying to save an existing transaction as recurring ? If possible, please attach a diagnostic log as it would have further details on why the process is failing.

We have tried both. Existing Recurring Transactions and newly created Recurring Transaction. We are able to 'Save as Recurring but unable to select a Recurring Transactions then record it.
I don't know what you mean by diagnostic log.
When we select the recurring transactions, make our changes then go to record the Sales Order or Invoice it comes up with the hourglass briefly then just sits there. Up until the last update it was working fine.

Sorry Komal, I just realised that there was a link to the Diagnostic Log. I just tried to select a recurrring transaction , update and then record. It jumps down 1 line when the hourglass comes on. The log I have attached is taken directly after that.

Interesting point to note. I am able to select recurring transactions from Spend Money and have them record properly. It appears only to be when using from Sales or Purchases

Another thing to note Komal is that it appears to work fine if you are selecting a recurring sales invoice but not a Sales Order.
We'd really like to get this sorted asap please.

Thanks for giving the details, can you please also check if the order is an item sales/purchase order and if you use locations for the items too ?

The item is a Sales order and not sure what you mean by location because that is the shipping or bill to address and yes of course we use those.
