We recently added new members to our Social Support team here at MYOB to help make business life easier for you. So we thought it was timely to encourage our team to formally introduce themselves to the Community, whether they are veterans of the forum or new faces.
Please visit the new Meet the Moderators thread to get to know some of the team. We’ll have others members posting over the next week. We also encourage you to use the Welcome to the Community board to introduce yourselves and have a chat.
Even though we are getting close to Christmas, our product development team have been continuing to work hard. Next week we will release the latest update for AccountRight - version 2012.10.
We’ve received terrific feedback about the latest update and certainly encourage AccountRight users to upgrade their software as soon as possible. For this update, our development team focussed on improving the overall responsiveness and performance of the software, and looked for ways to speed up your daily tasks. There are also many enhancements to bank feeds, functionality that is saving people a lot of time in data entry.
It was another busy week on the forum, with over 210 new members joining the community and over 475 posts, including 150 from MYOB staff. Our top contributors this week included some new faces - ASWatCR, Mike_James, Growers, Marilyn and Kerry_Black. Special mention also to jenniek, Cameronj, Julie_A_C, Marilyn and Vincent who had multiple posts marked as Accepted Solutions.
Thank you to all community members who spent time on the forum this week so patiently and generously sharing their knowledge and experience with others.
Thank you also to those who posted product suggestions on our Idea Exchange. We have now had over 500 ideas posted, over 1500 votes and over 900 comments on our AccountRight and LiveAccounts Idea Exchange. Our product development team is using your feedback to prioritise work in future updates of our software.
